I am James Taylor, a coach to executives and leaders in the healthcare sector and bring a passion for eco-leadership and outdoor adventure.

My key strength is a diverse career in Healthcare, Food, and Earth Science. I am bringing these experiences together, encompassing them in coaching. I can therefore offer different perspectives and ability to bridge the gap across domains.

In 2014, I retrained into healthcare so that I could make a difference to people. As a mobile radiographer, I worked on the front line in 20 hospitals and apply this experience to coaching healthcare leaders.

I am a researcher in digital health research into apps using Artificial Intelligence, so I am comfortable with coaching around digital transformation.

How does science help?

Coaching can help map complex situations and facilitate an integrated approach across domains. With science degrees in Earth science and Radiography, I am comfortable working at a planetary scale and the ‘big picture’, down to the atomic level and ‘fine detail’.
